You know the score, when you're trying to push a brand, or increase exposure of something. You drip feed information in the lead up to the event. You attempt to build up the anticipation, by selling the dream. The commodity. There’s noting else like it. You’re in for a life-changing experience. Think the Fyre Festival. Think Woodstock ‘99. Can you tell what I’ve been watching lately?
Don’t believe the hype. And anyway, I’m far too late to the proceedings to attempt to build the hype. But you see I don’t believe I need to build any hype. I don’t need to feed you images of the dream, or dupe you into feeling that this is going to change your life. Because I know what’s coming and its good!
The Earth Sea Love Podcast turns five on July 13th 2025. It’s our Bornday ( as Maxine Greaves would say). Started during a global pandemic because we wanted to keep the conversation going about our nature connection, here we are now, about to release three new episodes on our Bornday.
You can check out our IG archives if you want to see our first launch day and everything that came after until we left being active on IG because we refuse to be at the whims of oligarchs and algorithms. We’re proud of how far we have come.
I look back with a smile on my face as it was a dream brought to fruition. And it couldn't have happened without our gracious guests and our loyal listeners.
I’m here on the eve of our Bornday to lay down track. I’m not going to hype up the episodes because they speak for themselves.I am privileged in the sense of knowing what is to come. I’ve been part the conversations as well as having a second pass through with the editing. And these episodes make my heart sing.
Pure gold, pure nectar, pure soul and truth.
Three new episodes of The Earth Sea Love Podcast, dropping on Sunday 13 July 2025, on our 5th Bornday and we couldn't be more pumped and proud about it all. #onwards
